- Be a certified Amateur Radio Operator.
- The minimum age should be 55.
- The proposed member should be retired.

The Winnipeg Senior Citizen’s Radio Club VE4WSC Inc. is a registered charity which supports VE4WSC. Your yearly donation is the only source of income the club has. The ability to operate a first class radio station is governed by its annual donations received from its members. A donation in any amount is sufficient. You can decide what you want to put into the club and what you want out of it.
